Business Information: Business name, contact details, email forwarding addresses, and business category that you provide.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our services, including AI generation usage, features accessed, and session data.

Third-Party Account Data: When you connect third-party services (such as Google Business Profile), we collect access tokens, refresh tokens, and business location data necessary to provide the integration.

Provide, maintain, and improve our services; generate AI-powered review responses and campaign messages; sync and manage reviews from connected platforms; send transactional emails related to your account; monitor usage for billing and rate limiting purposes; and protect against fraudulent or unauthorized use of our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate our platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI (AI text generation), Resend (email services), and Vercel (hosting).

Connected Platforms: When you connect your Google Business Profile, we exchange data with Google APIs to sync reviews and post replies on your behalf.

Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure token storage for third-party integrations, row-level security on our database, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

StratosFlow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we only access Google Business Profile data that you explicitly authorize. We use this data solely to sync your business reviews and post replies on your behalf within the StratosFlow platform. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting Google from your StratosFlow account settings.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
